Mentorship is the position or services of a trusted counselor. Mentorship is what drives us on every level. When becoming a XitKey Client, not only will you be enveloped in our mentorship, but we will also at times ask to be your Mentee as you lead us through your desires and the operation of your business.

Execution is the carrying out or putting into effect of a plan, order, or course of action. This is the crux of why we are here. The execution of producing an exit strategy for your business. And then the execution of that plan in a way that will lead to a successful exit. In order for your succession to become our success, we must yoke and execute together.

Beyond our Mission Statement “Unlocking Your Exit’s Full Potential”, XitKey’s mission is simply to receive one testimonial. Your testimonial. When everything is said and done, and after going though all the inevitable highs & lows, the concerning & apprehensive ordeals that can and are likely to happen. We ultimately want you to be able to look back on the process with the satisfaction knowing XitKey did right by you. That we guided and advised you with divergence & integrity, and work to produce the best possible outcome for all involved parties.

Confidentiality
A good majority of Sellers a greatly concerned about keeping the sale of their business remain concealed from their customers, employees, competition, vendors and other associates. And understandably so. We at XitKey are sensitive to this concern and will offer solutions to diligently manage the disclosure process through-out the due-diligence period. And for this reason, XitKey’s Member identities are not disclosed within this website. We never know when one or more of our members will need to do a site visit.
